Items in new condition and in their original packaging can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt at the cost of the purchaser. Please note Richard Williams Furniture will not be held responsible for any returns that do not arrive, or arrive in a damaged condition. REFUNDS
Once the item has been received we will issue a refund within 5-7 working days via the same payment method used to purchase the item.
FAULTY ITEM
We will refund the cost of returning the item to us if the item is faulty or misdescribed.
